I blame myself for not doing more checking/comparison shopping. I think I paid well above market average for my system. (I did get a very good financing rate, but..) My system was installed in reasonable time but ball had been dropped on inspections, city and rocky ******** power had been scheduled correctly. If there was an option for 0 stars then I would use it. My neighbor, a single lady living at home by herself, has now had your system with a battery installed for 14 months and it is STILL not interconnected because the inspection failed and you have left her to fend for herself instead of actually completing the installation correctly to allow for her system to be turned on. This company, lied to me about what they could deliver. I am still waiting for my solar panels to be connected and it has been since November 2021. I am currently having to make payments to the power company and to the finance company Elan Solar, refuses to communicate and to reimburse me for last 3 months they also refuse to change the *** electrical box which was not the right one after it was installed it needs to be replaced. refuses to reimburse me.

They took advantage of my parents and lied about what they would be paying. Sales rep made promises and when we have reached out to elan solar customer service they say they will follow up or have the case escalated. It's been 2 months of me having to call to get any sort of traction. My parents went from paying $85/month for electricity to still paying $85 + $165 for the panels. They now have a $44k system that isnt saving them money or producing the energy they said it would.

In November of 2020 I sighed up for solar power with Elan Solar. December 1 the panels were installed. *************** did not approve of the installation. I then called Elan Solar to fix the problem and the did as the *************** inspector said but *************** denied it yet again They said that the solar was not in the right place and needed to be moved to within 5 feet of the meter to be accepted. After that I have contacted Elan Solar several times with no help with the mater yet.

If I could give zero stars I would. We started the solar process almost a YEAR AGO and still don't have working solar panels (or for that matter any solar panels) on our home. They do not communicate well at all, if I want answers or want to attempt to get answers I have to call...and then no one can seem to give me those answers and says they'll call me back (then weeks go by with no call). I always have to initiate anything getting done. Even after 11 months and probably 30-50 calls, we still have no answers of when we'll ... read more

Great sales presentation, that's where the greatness ends, been six months since I signed the contract, was told i would have an operating system in 6-8 weeks from signing, six months later the final inspection was completed and yet according to the sketchy monitoring system they use, the system is not producing any power, been paying on a $40,000 system for two months now, along with my regular power bill. maybe they just dropped the ball on this one, but i doubt it.
