This is not the first time I have called on Electro-Aide to help me with a repair or to install a HVAC system. My A/C wasn't working as it normally would the other day and I knew who to call for service/repair. Sean, who answered the phone was polite, honest and very helpful. Electro Aide has provided regular maintenance to our heating/cooling system for about 15 years now. We’ve always had excellent, professional, friendly service. They always persist until they identify the problem and carry out the necessary repairs. Having their “Planned Service” twice a year is key to maintaining our system. Thank you for the A+ service!

It took the technician a while to find the problem with our AC unit. A kinked hose between the floors. He fixed it and all is great now.
