Great experience with them! I dealt mainly with Marco who explained everything and answered all my questions. He didn't try to oversell anything and was straight forward with what he thought I needed. He answered any text, phone call or email as quickly as possible. Also Cathy in the office was kind and also helpful. The technicians did a great installation and cleaned up after the work was done. From beginning to end, a great experience and highly recommend them.
My AC broke during the most recent heatwave and I called Electroaide, Mark called me back within minutes (off hours) and had a tech at my house the same morning. As per usual the service was top notch, Mark is the best and I will definitely use them for my HVAC needs

Marco St.Laurent, an ElectroAide rep arrived and reviewed my furnace and heat pump. He was both very pleasant and very informative about what was required, how long it would take, and exactly how much it would cost. 1 week from our meeting, to having the old furnace and heat pump removed, and the new system installed and running like a charm.
