I had a thermostat problem when I called you for help. Your man Daniel came the next day, and he did a very good job of fixing it. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and thorough, and quick to get the job done. He has good people skills and good work methods. After asking him if I could watch I followed him while he completed the work, explained the problem and the solution. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a heating system problem. JPB
