Satisfied with installation and Lennox HVAC. Have recently reached out to customer care to potentially have my HVAC serviced due to a rattling issue. The customer care rep (Shawn) was extremely helpful, provided both phone and email follow ups, and actually helped troubleshoot the issue before they sent a service agent which would cost me. Highly recommend

My split unit was making more noise than usual Tony was quick to identify the issue, a faulty fan motor. Tony ordered the necessary part an appointment was quickly provided, shout out to Shawn I hope I'm spelling your name the right way. Tony replaced the defective fan motor and went above and beyond what I expected from an HVAC technician. I'm very pleased thank you Electro-Aide and Tony. Rick
