Dr. Amy Badstubner was professional in every sense of the word. Yet at the same time was warm and affable in dealing with me. She was patient, answering every question I had. Follow up has been as promised. I highly recommend her to anyone with hearing problems.

I haven't had my hearing checked since I was in grade school, so along with some ringing I had, I thought it would be a good idea to get it checked. Dr. Badstubner was very thorough during my visit, explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and made me feel very comfortable. She also helped soothe some irritation I was experiencing in my ears which was very kind! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist, young or old. And, she makes house calls!
We met Amy at a retirement home where she made monthly calls offering hearing aid assistance to the residents. When my Mother, a resident, lost her only hearing aid, Amy shared with us that she could test my Mother's hearing, order her a new aid, and would return monthly (or as needed) to clean and check on her aid. For fear of another loss, she attached a small plastic security cord/clip which attaches to her clothing. She returns monthly to follow-up. It has been a blessing for my 96-year-old Mother and me,
