The staff was very welcoming. They were extremely attentive to my concerns, thorough in their processes, and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Kim is caring, professional and so very, very helpful in every way. Doing “house calls” was a big plus for my husband, who just had a stroke and we appreciated everything about her.

Amazing!! I couldn't have asked for a better earwax extraction experience! I walked in with almost zero percent hearing in both ears and strong tinnitus, but I walked out with 100 percent hearing and no tinnitus at all. Oh, and I never once had any pain during the procedure. Definitely a major plus. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Amy Badstubner recently gave my 95 year a hearing test and ordered her some new hearing aids. She came right to our home to deliver and set up the hearing aids. She was so patient and kind and worked with my mom so well. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist. My family will be using her for many years to come.
