Love every bit of the continuing experience. From the first time the audiologist came to my house and tested me. To having such a variety of hearing aids to select from--not one brand with different styles but so many brands to assure I selected the fit what I wanted (with EAR's advice).There are follow ups to keep perfecting my levels of hearing. Dr. Amy is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I was impressed the two times she visited me in my house.- she was punctual and helpful.
Dr. Amy got me my hearing aids about 2 years ago. She is so professional and caring. She goes the full distance from beginning to end. I am living out of state and she still keeps tabs on me. I was having difficulties, she said send them to me and I will take care of it. She did and mailed them back. She is really one of a kind a remarkable woman.
