I have my hearing aids fitted recently on Jan 10th, 2023. I found it very easy with Dr. Amy and she was extremely helpful to me. Amy Badstubner’s knowledge and experience as an audiologist is evident in the care and individualized attention she gave me. From the hearing test, to helping me learn to use and care for my hearing aids-she listened to and addressed any questions or concerns I had. She made getting hearing aids a pleasant and positive experience.
I have been to other places for my hearing aids. The other places were nice, but they never took the time to really listen to what my problem was -or was having with my hearing aids. Dr. Amy Badstubner not only listens, but she also analyzes and takes corrective action. I could not be anymore happy with her professionalism, knowledge, and service.

So happy to have found Dr Amy 7 years ago! She is incredibly well trained and professional, has all the latest and best products. Even makes home visits when needed, but the best part has been the support services after purchase. We travel a good bit and have another home in another state so have needed replacement parts and even replacement hearing aids. DR Amy and her office staff have always accommodated my needs. Not something you'll get elsewhere.
My first visit with Elite & Dr. Amy. She was competent, caring, and able to address every concern I had. I'll be back whenever I need audiology needs.
