Amy was friendly, helpful, and professional in my first visit. She was not pushy, but she explained my condition and the benefits a hearing aid would impact on my daily life. On my subsequent visits, she was patient and helped me get used to my hearing aid. I would recommend her to anyone who has a hearing problem.
I have enjoyed working with Amy. She knows exactly what she is doing and she gives you the best of care. I always fell better after seeing her because it always gives me better hearing. I had a device that I used with my health insurance but it was not near the hearing I experienced with the hearing aids through the company. I have a good teaching time and a good individual to work with, Amy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amy for over 3 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes the visit relaxed and fun! I am blessed to have found Elite Audiology! The office manager, Kim, is also compassionate and always ready to help you. They always return calls and this is a big plus to me! You will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Amy has been very helpful and patient with both me and my husband. I had some problems with the hearing in my left ear and she referred me to a great specialist. My husband had problems adjusting to the earpieces and we went back to her office several times to get the right parts. We both hear much much better and highly recommend her.
Some time back I lost a hearing aid. You were very helpful by replacing it. My hearing aids probably need to be cleaned. I was never showed how to do it.
