After my audiologist closed his practice, I researched who I would find to replace this doctor I respected so much. Dr. Amy was recommended to me, and I am thankful for that! She is professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. When it looked for a moment that my insurance benefit wouldn't pay, I really appreciated her calm, reassuring manner. In the end, all worked out well. I highly recommend Dr. Amy, she is the best!
I researched hearing professionals in the Southlake/Grapevine/Flower Mound area extensively before selecting Dr. Amy Badstubner. I wanted the best for my 80 y.o. mom! Dr. Amy is elite audiologist. She evaluated my hearing and suggested the appropriate hearing aids for me. She then adjusted my hearing aids until I was satisfied with my hearing. Dr. Amy answered all of my questions related to my hearing issues, and I never felt rushed during my appointments with her. I would confidently recommend her to my family and friends.
