I am absolutley blown away by the parts dept. I own a small repair shop up near Kansas City. I tried to do buisiness locally, but it was more of the you are lucky we are here mentality and we don't deliver that far out. I was referred to Elite Mercedes, so I gave them a call. They handled everything quickly then shipped the parts to me. Great Experience!
