Elite did a good job of getting my car service for my road trip.
Took a while for parts due to government shutdown and customs. Communication was key during this time and received updates along the way until car was delivered.

Staff always courteous, professional, informative and friendly. They treat you like family. Helpful and efficient in all areas. Actually, in addition to why I was there, a ''quick fix'' they also noted I needed a motor software update so that was done while I was there. We purchased our vehicles there and one of the main reasons, is Jason and his staff!

This dealership takes such good care of their customers! In waiting for my yearly service, I was accommodated to a different/quieter waiting area,, as well as another person who was on a business conference call. I observed several other customers coming into the service area and all were treated respectfully and efficiently. Overall a very good experience!
