Service team keeps my 22 year old car running perfectly and safely.
It was another nice visit to this service department. I made the appointment online. I arrived and was greeted by service manager Jason. Got the 4 wheel alignment and offered a wash. It was a great experience.

I took our M-class in for a Missouri vehicle inspection. I telephoned Elite Mercedes Service Advisor I for a time when I could get it done while I waited. He checked and gave me a time and date when I could get the service completed in a short time while I waited in the office. I arrived at the time suggested and was given fast and courteous service, at the time he suggested. I am always impressed by the quality of service I receive.
