The arborist recommended having the tree stump grinded down 6-8 inches below ground. Two people came out. One immediately kicked the stump out of the ground. No grinding required. An experienced arborist should have realized the stump was dead and that it was not a two man, grinding job. Although the price was reduced, I could have saved considerably more money if the diagnosis had been correct.
Hired them Gave credit card for 1/2 payment. About 2 weeks later they called that the credit card did not go through. Well Yes! They used the wrong number for the card. They tried again and said it went through. They said they would call back to set up a service date. About 10 days later, I contacted them and they said they would call back again. Another week goes by and they called to set up a new service date. Scheduled it two weeks out at their earliest convenience. Could care less about my convenience.

This review was updated as you can see on 04/06/2016 to a 5 Star Review. We contacted the Home Owner promptly and cleared up a misunderstanding we had and made sure we took care of the customer to their satisfaction.
They are not very organized, cutting and stump grind went ok, but got different stories about the stump removal, took two more visits, wasted my time and the end result was only fair. I would not use them again.
The people who actually performed the work were very good. Coordination and scheduling left something to be desired.
They had me put 50% of my project cost to reserve a time, but they would not give me a specific time until the day before. I have my own business and have a schedule also. I live in a gated community and needed to be present when the work was being done. They were so selfish and thought their schedule was more important than mine, the customer. Good job and very profecientg when scheduling appointments and followup visits. I thought they missed trimming a palm branch and scheduled a followup. Then I noticed they didn't trim the branch sticking out because it was holding a birds nest with eggs in it. I cancelled the return visit. Good fof them!
I currently have an open complaint with BBB for non delivery of promised service. Very bad experience.

Barbara B. had a tree where the roots were growing underneath her pavement that she wanted us to cut down. The Arborist that went out suggested after cutting the tree down that we grind the stump in order to kill the rootball so she doesn't have further trouble with the roots. She declined the Stump Grinding and after we completed the removal of the tree she wanted the roots that were growing under the slab cut off and insisted that that should be included in the price we quoted. ON TIME. Great Work and Value.. Next time I need trees or anything else trimmed, I'll use them.
