Whenever I called to ask a question it was being presumed what I was asking before I asked. So after hearing an explanation of something that I wasn't going to ask then I would have to interrupt and ask the question I intended to ask. If it wasn't the fact that I didnt want my credit ran again I would've went somewhere else. I understand that you guys deal with multiple clients. But I believe you lose focus on the anxiety and stress that we have.
