Verified Renter I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 20 years and love it! It has become very convenient to many stores and places here in the downtown Austin area. The management companies have been very helpful and cooperative with different issues or problems that have come up. Maintenance people have always been very good! Love living here and glad I could resign a leash another time!
Verified Renter Great staff-very helpful and friendly. Community events are very nice. Great neighborhood—close to all, Ladybird lake, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods! Building and apartments need TLC though.

Great except for maintenance issues such as the el... Great except for maintenance issues such as the elevator being down a lot, the parking garage doors breaking a lot, and the AC in my apartment being out of order 75% of the time. However, the staff are great! the neighborhood is wonderful!
