ZRS Management has ruined this property This apartment used to well maintained under the previous management (used to be calledGables West Ave) but ever since ZRS management took over it has been horrible. Half of the gates have been broken for 6 months and anyone can get in without a fob. Parking gate also breaks every other week and anyone can park because I hace not once seen a tow truck. This is not the luxury downtown living that you’re looking for.. Where to begin? After having a previous negative experience (with AMLI on 2nd - I was flooded out twice in four years), I thought that a change of pace might be nice. Verified Renter new management does not reply to emails; frustrating when you are trying to contact about important issues. you have to go in person to discuss but hard when you are at work during the day so make sure you’re aware of this lack in communication
