We adore this place. They are so kind to us and our animals. They treat them all like babies (we have two pitbulls and a cat). The staff has always been so great, especially the doctors who come in & have these long reunions with our pets haha. Lots of kisses and love before the appointment even begins. You can tell they really love their jobs and patients, and after a very bad experience at another hospital (you can see my reviews if you'd like), Ellicott has been so great! Very happy we found them!
Super friendly and helpful staff, and took great care of my greyhound. Great service at a greyt price is refreshing to find these days.
Ellicott is wonderful. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the front office staff is terrific. They are always able to fit me in whenever I call. They truly care about the animals they care for.
The very best. Everytime I walk into the hospital I am greeted by smiling, friendly receptionists. The service is superb. I have never entrusted my pet to anyone else! If you are looking for the best pet care, you have found the right place! Dr garofalo is amazing! She is very wise and answered all of my questions, which i apprieciate because at my previous vet i felt very rushed. Love this place!
Best animal hospital around. Staff is very friendly and helpful starting from the initial appointment and continuing through the visit and follow ups. They are extremely attentive to the special care that is needed for our dog and they listen to what works and what doesnt for him. Would recommend this place to anyone.
What a lovely place. They are great to my animals, very accommodating, friendly, patient and affordable. Everyone from the doctors to the receptionists are top notch.
I love this place! I have three cats and there aren't a lot of vet offices that let you bring all of your pets in at the same time - well, they sure do here and they are very accommodating! The employees are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable with the care that my cats would receive. Both Dr. Stevens and Dr. Sickels are amazing! We've had very good experiences with this clinic. Our dog has gone here annually for six years. The few times we've had issues they've gotten us in quickly. I feel like the vets take the time to talk to you and explain reasons for medications, and they don't push you to over medicate or over vaccinate. Dr. Gray recently spent 30 minutes talking to me about flea and tick treatments and risk of exposure to little kids, and I thought she went above and beyond to educate me. I have been bringing all of my pets here for the last decade and have never had a problem with them until this year. I have brought three of my pets in this year for their yearly check-ups and have had Marcus(?) as the vet tech. At each visit my pets have not been referred to by name, just as they/them with all of the intake questions. Since they are MY pets, I have responded to all questions, while referring to MY pets as HE or SHE.
