So excited we finally have an emagine grew up going to canton and then we moved to howell and it just hasn’t been the same movie experience since so glad to have it back!

The customer service has gone down hill. when they first opened it was great. Paul Glantz you need people at the ticket counters. there were NO people to assist with ticket sales. the automated machines were not user friendly. ended up leaving all pissed off. not coming back.going to MJR worth the extra 20 min drive to Brighton

landscape maintenance needs improvement as weeds are over 2 foot high and grass looks very abandoned was kinda shocked .
RecommendedArrived a few minutes after 11, doors were open, they let me buy tickets but wouldn’t let me buy a drink. The workers seemed really snobby and annoyed. 🙄 I completely understand not being able to purchase food, as they were cleaning up… but a 20oz drink? Lol. Definitely will be going to Birch Run Emagine from now on 🙂
