The seats were great, but very small theatre. They told us they were sold out, until they finally agreed to let us sit in the handicapped section. It was only 2/3 full when the movie started, so not quite sure what the problem was. Plus we had a gift certificate to use and they refused to take it, because they stated we could only use it online. Not very professional in my opinion.
Nice theater… Everything is brand new but I probably won’t go back there unless they do something different with the concessions... Single file line was way too long
No scanners for online purchased tickets! The concession set up is horrible. Huge single file line just for popcorn, which took 30 minutes for a bucket of pre-made popcorn. If you need a refill, same line. The staff was not competent or friendly, both looked like they were overwhelmed and on verge of quitting. There were more people at registers than concessions?!? Needs to be reversed. And do we really need full menus and giant trays in the theater? Good luck cleaning all of the spilled food off the nice leather ch... read more
