They won’t sell alcohol to people with enhanced licenses because they are vertical. They were actually kind of nasty about it too like they could get us in trouble for trying to use enhanced licenses to buy alcohol (everyone was 21+).

Both times I have been there the movie was shut off and had to wait 20+ min to get it back on again. (once for lost power during a storm and once for some kid pulling the fire alarm) I understand things happen but no one came to explain what happened. I had to leave the theatre to ask and no comps at all for the inconvenience....a complimentary movie ticket or popcorn would have been better then nothing. Customer service is lacking. Was an awesome theater but we didn’t get our small free popcorn for Tuesday we paid for the extra so what the point of having it

What a wonderful thing to have an autism theater for 2 Saturdays a month; however I was highly disappointed that the theater they have chosen to show toy story 4 only fit 3-4 families. Needless to say the we drove all the way to the theater to be told that there wasnt room for our family. Just another punch in the gut for families with special needs kids. walking out with several kids crying not understanding why we can't see the movie does not make for a fun day. Continually bad service with food. Takes forever, always messed up, you have to leave the movie and ask for it 10 times over.
RecommendedWe enjoy the theatre but you have to wonder how many see free. We’ve never been checked. Oh and the family that stole our seats we bought a week ago.. nice to teach your kids that. If the movie had not just begun we would have gone to find an usher ( if one could be found) Otherwise we like it minus the dishonest jerk.
Terrible customer service! Charged me twice for tickets and refused a refund even after bringing it to their attention twice, and showing my bank statement t twice. Not even an apology!
RecommendedThis place is just awesome. It puts Brighton MJR to shame. The recliners are more comfortable..and there heated. I know it may not last, but because is in a less populated area, the Theater was less crowded.
