Dr. Gaukhman was horrible. I am in more pain now then I was before I went in there. He wanted me to be sedated so he did not numb my mouth properly. He proceeded and when I was in pain and lifted my right hand, he ignored it, so I move it higher and he got very dramatic and said i poked him in the eye and started yelling at me. He said I told you to raise your left hand if you feel pain, which he did not tell me. He acted like it poked him in the eye on purpose. We continued, he ignored when I raised my left hand so I starte... read more

1 toothache. Told the tech that sometimes ALL my teeth ache b4 a sinus infection. This time I only had 1 tooth hurting so I didn't think that was the case. The dentist tapped on a few teeth. Said I needed a tooth pulled and showed me which one. I said "that's not the tooth that hurts?. He replied, "well, that's the one that needs to be pulled". Had the bed side manner of a fence post. Tech starting telling me my options as to root canal/dental implant. I said I would never do a root canal, it's a waste of money. Soon as I sa... read more

If you have to drive 100 miles to go to someone else, do so! I wish I had. While vacationing in Venice in January 2014, a temporary bridge came loose on a Saturday and I needed to have a replacement glued into my mouth. I needed it corrected quickly. On scanning the yellow pages there was a large ad for Venetian Dental advertising emergency services available on Saturday. On arriving at the office there were numerous other patients there (Saturday ‘emergency’ service is a routine moneymaker). One form showed that there would... read more

Worst service ever, the Dr was rude and on he's phone all the time. I asked for an estimate two weeks before my visit but when I got there, they wanted to supposebly do more work. I told them that I had a budget and I was planning to only spend certain amount. Dr left the room with the assistant, 3 minutes later the assistant got back in the room asking me how much money do I have! How much do I have in my account I felt the pressure and at that point I knew that they wanted money!! The worst service don't go their find a de... read more

This Dr promised to personally complete this large case, but, after paying in advance for work to be done, only the girls in the office do all the X rays, impressions, for and install temporaries, repairing of their cracked, broken, and lost temps, the try-in of mismatched and incomplete final teeth and the doctor views this from cameras positioned in rooms. Some staff are nice, yet some are unprofessionally rude. Sorry I paid in advance, as I would prefer to leave this practice, and find help elsewhere. Maybe I would receiv... read more

We had to go for an emergency Sunday appointment. My wife had an abscessed infection. he said he could save her life if he cut through the bridge and pulled the tooth. A little over dramatic. Could never get a straight answer if they accepted our insurance but they pretty sure they did and could confirm Monday (after the procedure). In the meantime they had a financing agreement. We opted for the script for antibiotics and went to a dentist in our plan. They provide a needed Sunday emergency service but we didn't feel comfor... read more

my cap broke. It could not be fixed. Dr Bustos removed it (excellent dentist). We discussed dentures. This was one tooth. I received partial temp.It hurt.Called and they adjusted.Still hurt. Wondered if removing and getting dentures without 2nd opinion was the right thing. Went in and asked for xrays. Office staff wanted to charge me extra 50.I already paid 800 and I feel xrays were mine. he said HE owns them. I am hearing impared and Dr. Gaukhman stepped in and arrogantly told me I had to pay. I said no I paid already and I ... read more

I had a small sopt that had been "on watch" by my dentist up north, but when living in florida the dentist insisted that it needed to be filled. The filling fell out in about 9 months and they at first refused to do anythig to fix it. After several weeks they called and said they would take care of it at no charge, so I set up an apppointment. On the day of my appointment after getting in the chair and preparing the assistant, office manager, or some other person whom I did not know, said, "oh, the dentist that originally di... read more
