I never had such a bad experience with any medical doctor as I did with this one. He is rude and curt. Not imformative or responsive. He acts as though the service performed is free and he trains his staff to act the same. These days its hard to find a doctor in any field doing it because he is passionate about his work. Lately, its for the love of money. People please do your due dilegence and research the docs out there before you hand over your life.
i requested sedation which was billed to me in advance 265.00. sedation to me is me being put to sleep not me purchasing two pills from the pharmacy that cost me additional money. i was never sedated the novacain did not work. i told the doctor, but to no avail. he removed what he told me were 9 teeth, but i have no proof of that. after the sutures (silk) i was not given a return visit. i was wheeled out and give two prescriptions. the doctor was rude and careless. he should have stated he was not qualified to perform oral s... read more
I had a very bad infection so I went to him as he advertised oral surgery. after taking an x-ray he beat on 3 of my teeth & asked ME which one hurt! He never showed me the x-rays & he finally pulled the tooth I "thought" hurt worse. He put in silk sutures & never told me to have them removed. When I went back as I was hurting he told me to go to an oral surgeon! A dentist online told me to get those out of my mouth as I would have one infection after another. First the office manager required that my credit card be ran before they started any work, after signing the cc slip, they began to work on a wisdom tooth that need pulled. I explained to the Dr it was not numb enough and he insisted it was and tried to pull it. I removed his hand and he got mad and stormed out of room stating only with sedation would he work on my teeth. This office was very rude from the start. I was concerned about coverage, and I was told they were doing me a favor having my insurance. I told them I wouldn't be there if it didn't. I came back for treatment, expecting my doctor but instead got a woman I had absolutely no clue who she was, what her credentials were or even her name because she never introduced herself to me. Doctor was very rude, barely spoke to me. Was literally taking cell phone calls on his bluetooth wireless while working in my mouth. He seemed more interested in his computerized equipment than in what I had to say. "Chairside" manner probably the worst I've ever seen. Had one crown done which is still not fitted correctly, yet he brushed me off stating "it's fine". I've had another dentist in the mean time tell me it's causing irritation to my gums and needs to be refitted.
