We were referred to Mold Stoppers of Tidewater by our friends that had used them to remediate their house. Chad came out and looked at our office building and identified several rooms that he had concerns about. We agreed to do some additional testing. A third party lab was used and provided a very detailed report on the types of mold that we had, the amount of mold that we had, and a synopsis of the health risk associated with each type of mold. Badly. Started out with their rep Ryan coming for an emergency estimate Sep 2018 - the price was lower than competitors and they could start within a week. After being at our house & working a whole day, the Owner Chad shows up and immediately DOUBLES the price from the estimate - it seems Ryan didn't actually look at anything (this is otherwise known as the 'Bait-and-Switch').
