We were referred to Mold Stoppers of Tidewater by our friends that had used them to remediate their house. Chad came out and looked at our office building and identified several rooms that he had concerns about. We agreed to do some additional testing. Badly. Started out with their rep Ryan coming for an emergency estimate Sep 2018 - the price was lower than competitors and they could start within a week. After being at our house & working a whole day, the Owner Chad shows up and immediately DOUBLES the price from the estimate - it seems Ryan didn't actually look at anything (this is otherwise known as the 'Bait-and-Switch').
