I called ,had the estimate and have not gone any further.
I called this company late in the day on a Friday afternoon to ask some questions. After they answered my questions to my satisfaction, I asked that they come out to my house and take some air samples. Chad knew he'd be driving by my house on his way home, so he stopped by to perform the air samples then (within an hour of my call). I can't comment on his remediation work, obviously, since I didn't have him do any, but the fact that he would advise me on how to do it as a DIY project and not charge me anything for coming out suggests that he isn't just looking to make a fast buck.
They were reasonably priced and did an awesome job. They were very friendly and caring about my needs. They listened to me and did the job quickly. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
Excellent service . Chad did the original estimate. He also followed up when the work was underway, checking on the crew. He followed-up again after the service. We paid a fair price for the outstanding work accomplished. While not the least expensive, this is quality work from a quality provider! We are definitely breathing easier now and know we are mold fee for 20 years to come with the warranty! I highly recommend.
