When I started my pre-approval process I was using another company. As a first time home buyer, the lack of communication was unsettling. I was referred to Emery Payne by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Emery was a consummate professional. The communication was beyond reproach. Never had to call, text or email him for updates because he was consistently keeping us in the loop. My Agent, and Lawyer were also very impressed with Emery's work ethic, and professionalism.

Emery did a fantastic job throughout the entire refinance process. He was completely professional and did a great job during every step in the process. His communication skills are excellent and I would recommend him to anyone that is purchasing or refinancing!
Pretty sure I wouldn't have gotten through this process without Emery's help. Emery is awesome. Nothing is missed in the process. I appreciate the reminders of when I'm supposed to do something and the status so I know how everything is going. So, when I need a mortgage loan, I always go to Emery.
