I made an appointment to see Dr Richard. The staff was able to reassure me and get me in quickly. Dr Richard was thorough thoughtful and kind. She and her staff provided excellent and compassionate care.
Outstanding, as always. I have a history of skin cancer and wrote about my new concern about a mole. Dr. Richard saw me the next morning, 1 month before my biannual schedule. She examined the mold, pronounced it as perfectly normal plus proceeded to perform the full skin exam that would have been done next month. She clarified the proper use of my medications and made specific recommendations about my precancerous issues. She is very professional and thorough yet friendly, reassuring and concise.
She was wonderful with my nervous 9 year old. She took the time and explained everything.
Dr Richard is very thorough and is very friendly. I have been going to see her for several years. She is always on time and does a complete skin exam. I had a couple of pre-cancerous spots removed and on was re moved for a biopsy. Very professional approach. I have another checkup in 6 months.
Her entire staff is young, friendly & adorable….while being professional. Dr Richard was extremely thorough…I should know because I am retired RN. I have never worked with or in association with this provider or anyone at Baton Rouge Clinic.
