I loved her warm personality from greeting me to good bye. She inspected me from head to toe (at my request). She found no current concerns, but asked for authorization to check previous procedures in my health history. She prescribed an optional ointment & hooked me up with an economical pharmacy. Great experience overall!

I’ve had psoriasis for many years doctors prescribed biologists for many years without any long term relief I had a lot of scarring as well. I felt I was going to have to live with this forever without any relief. Dr Richard started a treatment other doctors never tried. My psoriasis was under control within 6 months without using biologics!!! I highly recommend her because she truly cares and was willing to try different treatments!
