Very thorough!! Dr. Richard advocates for her patients when insurance companies refuse to cover the cost of medications that effectively treats their condition!! Awesome physician!
Doctor explained exactly what the process would be to remove a squamous cell skin cancer. Made sure I was comfortable. She and her staff are professional and personable.
