My (first) visit with Dr. Richard was great. My Grandson was graduating that evening and I was on a tight schedule. Dr. Richard was on schedule and, even though she spent several minutes with me, I was still able to attend the graduation. I also am pleased with the way Dr. Richard handled my situation. Dr. Offered to and right then made a phone call to a Dr. familiar with my case. I very much appreciated this. So she proceeded do what I came to her to take care of. I find her very skilled. Her manner and approach is a little condescending. I am an 83 year old who still remembers her age.
