My husband, Baig Maqsoodali, stayed here and underwent physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Every member of the staff treated him very nicely and with the utmost care. Encompass Health as a whole works like a well oiled machine. The staff is exceptional and always coordinating with each other, their patients and their patients' families. When a specialist is needed, one arrives promptly with full knowledge of the patient's needs. I found Encompass to be a great help in.my recovery from hip replacement! Their staff is very polite with concern of care for me. The only thing I would advise is to my sure Medicare will pay for your stay. I was told they would 0& unfortunately Medicare didn't cover the whole stay! Verify with Medicare first. Larry Swann

Very caring staff. Their rehab program and Physical Therapists are great! Came there for rehab from Revision Knee Surgery. They are wonderful in getting you back on your feet!
We had such a pleasant experience with Encompass during my 88 year old mother's stay in December. It's not often that we feel compelled to give them gifts on our departure, but we sure did with the staff there. From Sheree, the sunshine receptionist, to the CNAs, the nurses, the therapists, everyone was delightful and made my mother's stay much more pleasant and she felt that they truly cared about her. Do NOT be admitted here. It's advertised as acute BUT none of their employees know this. Acute rehab means you get 3 hours a day of just PT for 5 days. After spinal fusion surgery on the more serious side-I only walked using a walker with PT. Zero leg strengthening exercises bc I was evaluated via home health today & the LOOK on the PT's efface said it all. I'm unable to even transfer as a passenger to get in a car. It is EXTREMELY sad. The staff acted like they would help when you were visiting. Then, they left my mother for up to hrs without changing her. They made fun of her when we were gone. I personally witnessed several (4) sitting at the desk after waiting 20 min After she presses the call button because she needed her adult diaper cleaned. The only 2 things I can say positive are that the PT, OT, and Speech were very good and treated mom well. The place was clean. There was one cleaning person that was very thorough. Another was terrible.

Had to remove my friend due to conditions and uncaring staff assigned to her. Do not put a loved one in this facility.

If I could give it a "0" I would. Staff did not follow doctors orders to check my husband's blood sugar thru the night. His blood sugar was so high is CGM reading was only high, that means it was over 400. This went on for over 12 hours, they did not give him any insulin for over 12 hours. I asked them to discharge him, they would only do it against medical advice. Finally screaming I told them I was calling 911and finally they did. That was my biggest mistake!
