This hospital is not equipped to handle patients with anything but your average knee replacement or average injury. Do not send your loved one if they cannot ambulate independently because patient care is terrible. There is not enough staff to answer call lights.

Worst place ever, I would not let a family member stay at this place and this is why: 1. my friend needed some water during and waited over 2 hours before getting some 2. He waited 2 hours for someone to assist him getting out of bed to go to the bath room and again nobody came and his walker had been moved to the far end of the room, finally he manage to get up made it to the bathroom. 3. he was there 4 day before his wound was looked at, 4 days with dirty bandages. 4. doctors would come in an out one would say one thing an... read more

Good physical therapy, which is a very brief part of the day. Good doctors, but nurses are not equipped to take care of the needs of patients & communication with family is poor, if at all.

My father went to Reliant after a lengthy stay in the hospital for rehab. The first night he was there, he called for assistance to get out of bed because of a bad leg cramp. When the nurses finally came, they told him he wasn't allowed to get out of bed (which was certainly not true) and that he would just have to try to ignore the pain. When the pain got worse and he called again, no one came and he tried to get up himself, which resulted in him falling and hitting his head. He then had to be taken to the emergency roo... read more
