Healthouth Miami is not the rehab facility to send your loved one to heal. 1. Admissions - upon arrival in ambulance (1hr drive), arrived at 4pm was finally looked at by nurse at 6pm. His meds wore off and he was not provided any water at the bedside until I arrived and started advocating 2. Came to visit a friend that was here and while she says that her care was great, the person that answers the phone at this place is just plain rude and needs to find a job away from the public. I am guessing this is the same person that checks the visitors in at the front desk because she was equally as rude. I walked up and she was on a personal call on her cell phone and I had to wait for her to stop her personal conversation before you asked me what I needed with an attitude.
