I spent a week here after a major back surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The OT and PT were very targeted at my ability to care for myself, and the nursing/medical care kept me comfortable and prepared to optimize my therapy. This is an excellent facility for recovery from many types of physical challenges.

No one wants to go to a rehab facility especially right now during COVID but as rehabs go this one was great for my husband and my family. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My husband suffered from a stroke several weeks back and after being in ICU and the hospital for 7 days he was finally transferred to Encompass. This was no easy task as our insurance wanted to send my 52 year old otherwise healthy husband to a nursing home against everyones recommendation. My husband had back surgery three weeks ago and was sent first to Fountain Valley Hospital where the care was awful. Since there are no visitors they don't get the attention needed. I wouldn't even give them a rating. Without asking me they were checking him out and making their own decision where he was going and no way was that going to happen. He had to stay there a couple more days, however; it was worth it. We got him into Encompass Acute Therapy in Tustin and there isn't enough stars for this place. Larry said it was l... read more

My dad recently stayed here for almost 3 weeks after he had a stroke. The entire staff at Encompass is so awesome! From Tiffany (patient admission),Debrah (case manager),Eiesha (medical records), physician,PT,OT and ST everyone went above and beyond to help my dad to recover and accommodate him. My dad kept asking me if he can stay there longer. He loved the staff there as well as the physical therapy activities and the two gyms.
