My husband had back surgery three weeks ago and was sent first to Fountain Valley Hospital where the care was awful. Since there are no visitors they don't get the attention needed. I wouldn't even give them a rating. Without asking me they were checking him out and making their own decision where he was going and no way was that going to happen. My dad recently stayed here for almost 3 weeks after he had a stroke. The entire staff at Encompass is so awesome! From Tiffany (patient admission),Debrah (case manager),Eiesha (medical records), physician,PT,OT and ST everyone went above and beyond to help my dad to recover and accommodate him. My dad kept asking me if he can stay there longer. He loved the staff there as well as the physical therapy activities and the two gyms. Was sent to Encompass Health by my Surgeon after my low back surgery. Arrived a bit earlier then expected, but the staff went out of their way to prep a room for my stay. The admission process went smoothly and there were no delays. The room I stayed in was clean and I was provided any supplies that were needed (i.e. Grooming and toiletries).
