I will forever be grateful for the team of nurses, physical therapists, doctors, and medical professionals who took care of my grandma after her stroke. Every person I encountered at this facility showed immense compassion, patience, and kindness. It was a very difficult time for my family, but I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. After being transferred to Encompass Health Rehapbilitation Hospital of Tustin from Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, I was treated and cared for here with enthusiasm by a team of professional doctors and nurses. During my 3 weeks in FV hospital, I couldn't urinate and had to have a urinary catheter in place. In addition, I also could not walk. Encompass is a great company that has taken care of my brother and brought him so far after his stroke.. the nursing staff and administrators were so helpful every time I need something or he need something... I just want to thank them all...

I stayed at Encompass Tustin for 9 days in October 2021 after major spine surgery. (L 2-3-4-5 fusion with lamenectemy and spacers) I am entirely grateful for the TLC and encouragement I received from the staff. 24 hours of on the spot courteous, friendly, fun, professional, experienced correct nursing care. 3 hours per day of combined OT/PT was helpful in many ways. They had me very active from the first day (4 days post-op). I never would have known what I was capable of so early on. The experience helped me to better work ... read more

My mom was admitted to this rehab facility for over 3 weeks from having a brain hemorrhage stroke. The nurses and therapists were very nice and helpful. They took the time to work with my mom and supported her through therapy. As for the facility, my mom started off with a private room and then was moved into a double. The rooms were crammed and didn't have much privacy. But the rehab center is moving to a new building soon.
