My mom was admitted to this rehab facility for over 3 weeks from having a brain hemorrhage stroke. The nurses and therapists were very nice and helpful. They took the time to work with my mom and supported her through therapy. As for the facility, my mom started off with a private room and then was moved into a double. The rooms were crammed and didn't have much privacy. But the rehab center is moving to a new building soon. Clean,friendly and caring staff. From my dealings with my case manager to room attendants, all were very professional. I had three hours of therapy a day. Meals were good considering it was hospital food. I never went hungry. PT staff pushed but also took into pain level. I had bilateral knee replacement.

as at a rehab department in a large, well-respected hospital for 3 weeks some years ago. Therapy was random and never was as long as one hour per day, total. I was fed "chicken loaf' DAILY. I was never told if I was making progress or even if they had figured out what caused the symptoms I was having. Staff members compared notes only once a week. I spent a week here after a major back surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The OT and PT were very targeted at my ability to care for myself, and the nursing/medical care kept me comfortable and prepared to optimize my therapy. This is an excellent facility for recovery from many types of physical challenges.

I spent a week here after a major back surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. No one wants to go to a rehab facility especially right now during COVID but as rehabs go this one was great for my husband and my family. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My husband suffered from a stroke several weeks back and after being in ICU and the hospital for 7 days he was finally transferred to Encompass. This was no easy task as our insurance wanted to send my 52 year old otherwise healthy husband to a nursing home against everyones recommendation.
