I was really surprised at how easy it was when I had a claim. All I had to do was get the car to the dealership. After that, the dealership and Endurance did evetything else! Over ******* dollars and Endurance covered it all! No excuses, no run around. Definitely one of the smartest things I have ever done.
I called to inquire about how to go about getting authorization to have my vehicle taken into the shop and filing a claim. Initially someone named ***** answered and did not sound very happy at all to be answering the phone or having to talk and mysteriously the line hung up as I was asking a question. I called back and spoke with a representative named ****** and he was able to answer all of my questions and was very pleasant to speak with.
