Never had any big claims but the ones I had they paid with no problems. Was not aware of the $100 deductable on mechanical repairs. With the cost of the plan there should be no deductable. Wish they would cover more items that regularly wear out like shocks and brakes. Sure they pay for brake pads but not the labor to install them. Labor more expensive than the pads. These days how many engines and tranny's need replaced compared to everyday wear items. Basically all the work I have had done is oil change and tire rotation, ... read more
