The auto representative contacted Endurance to file the claim. The Endurance Adjuster scheduled an appointment to survey the vehicle and made a recommendation for replacement of the transmission! When my truck began showing signs of a problem I took it to the dealership to be checked. The service manager called me that afternoon and explained the problem; the torque converter was beginning to fail. He said it would probably cost around $2,000 and that this was something that could lead to transmission trouble if I didnt have it repaired. Wow.
