I haven't had a chance to use it but I'm sure it would be a painless process when I do.

My representative ****** was very helpful with answering my questions she was very professional and patient with me. She even notified me of the type of memebership my car warranty holds which I thought was very helpful, also by letting her know that I was not great at being technical savvy she informed me she would have my warranty info printed out for me, that too also helps me with understanding my membership better. I'm old school so I like putting important in my safe, and not on my phone.
Our interchange went great. No problems. Just was checking if my plan had started.
******* was great! Pleasant, patient, knowledgeable. Perfect! I tried to leave a review at consumer affairs but I couldn't see how to do it it looks very complicated so I'm leaving it here instead. The only reason I gave a five star is because I will say I wish endurance was a little bit less expensive but it's probably not the most expensive so...
