It was a pleasure to speak with a real agent! The most concern anyone has is to be heard and understood. Found a plan that worked for me. No problem. Agent was very accommodating.
My representative was very kind courteous and helpful. She got straight to the point and took care of my problem.
*************************** was awesome today in helping me receive my ********** of my new contract with Endurance. She was efficient, courteous, and customer focused.
I haven't had to use it for any major repairs yet however, they advertise that it includes paying part of the cost of oil changes, batteries and other maintenance items. When I go to the shops that they claim participate, none of them want to take the time to deal with small things. I have tried several and none are willing to use this for maintenance,
