Excellent customer ********************** and very friendly and helpful agents. Recommended.
I do like the company, but some of the workers, such as I believe it was ****** was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was getting 4 different answers to one question by 4 different people. And I wanted somebody to tell me what exactly was happening and she would not let me speak to a supervisor I asked 8 different times and there was nothing she would do. Call a representative.
Today 9-9-24, I talked with ****** and on Thurs 9-5-24 spoke with **** both from the Customer ********************** dept.Both were very informative and knowledgeable on their jobs. So far, I'm very satisfied with the service from this company!But, it is still very early to say for sure the type of services that will be provided to me in the future!!... Time will tell.Thank you!
The signup procedure was easy and friendly enough, but the true test will be when and if I have to file a claim. Once that happens I will be glad to give a more definitive REVIEW.
Too early to rate the company but each representative I have dealt with over the phone are courteous and very helpful to my securing the appropriate coverage
