I had asked Endurance 3 weeks ago for a written copy of my policy. I had not received the copy as of yet and made contact with Endurance by phone today. I was met with a sweet very kind young lady who reassured me that my copy would be sent out within **** days of which I am very greatful. I think Endurance is a mighty fine company to do business with and to covered my vehicle with extended warranty coverage. Thank you so much......
I have used my Endurance seceral time since purchasing. Great service ! The mechanic shop simply calls in advance for authorization for the service. I've used Endurance for both routine maintenance as well as repairs. I think it's been worth the cost.
