EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fast and personable service representative! The call did not take up a lot of time and was very pleasant! I was also able to set up AUTO OAY on the call as well as pay my bill.

I signed up for this coverage, but decided to cancel my contract within the first 30 days. I expected a spiel, but only got one and then no other resistance to me canceling my contract. My *** was very friendly and knowledgable, and even attempted to overcome my objection, to no avail. I will think about signing up for this when I get a new car.
