I did not think what I need done was in my policy so I called Endurance it was and all I had to pay was my deductible!! I was so excited and pleased with the outcome!! Thanks!!!

Had a very unexpected engine claim and ***** went above and beyond to get it approved. I appreciate his help. Also had a billing issue on my other car and **** went above and beyond. Thank you both - as a single mom i appreciate it more than you know

Well the very first time I tried to use Endurance my claim was rejected. Had to pay 398 dollars out of my pocket. So I called customer **********************, they said it was due to a manufacturer defect which wasn't covered. Well I said, "Ok when I cancel my policy, when will my coverage end?" Well the customer ********************** representative said "Let me see what I can do". Well long story short, they took about 200 dollars off my overall policy bill. So I am happy for now.
