I switched my policy from Car Shield to Endurance by the BBB rating and the reviews I read. I have not needed them yet but so far they are less expensive and I will actually be able to go to my dealership for repairs and get new parts instead of remanufactured parts. I'll let you know if I have any issues when I have a claim.
The man helping me was nice, informative and I like that I can make monthly payments.

The last representative I spoke to was ***very helpful*** I was given to understand that my issue is not a covered item.The representative had full knowledge of my policy. However it seems that the first representative that I spoke to @ 9:17 today didn't give me correct information.

I only received plan for About five days ago. Im sort of waiting to see whats in store for me with service from the company but so far so good thank you. Im dependent on whenever I need you you will be there
Endurance offers great coverage at an affordable price. They have many plans to choose from to fit most any budget. My experience so far with everyone I have dealt with had been exceptional. The service personnel have been friendly and very accommodating. ***********************************, service Manager, is exceptional. I definitely recommend Endurance over other warranty companies. They are the full package!
