I didn't understand the warranty all that great but ***** helped a whole lot and so did the account manager names ***** they were very helpful and understanding

Great service from rep that had taken care of policy
Process to update a payment method, must be completed in person on the phone. Why not on the web site?But, a real person came to the phone promptly, informed to whom I was. And the update process was completed quickly!
My experience with endurance so far has been pristine. We live in a culture that lacks customer ********************** skills, these people far exceed what Ive ever expected in customer **********************! Great job makes me confident in knowing I made the right choice!
