I was very impressed at how they handled my situation. They were professional courteous and genuinely wanted to help me out in the best way they could unfortunately I bought a vehicle that had been tampered with and it had a lot more miles than what I was told my fault for not checking but when I found out I had to cancel my policy and they worked with me to get it sorted out the best way possible much thanks to them
I received a letter referencing the option to call to continue having an extended warranty on my vehicle. The representative was very knowledgeable, professional, informative as to each step I needed to take once our call was over as well as confirming that I have Endurance customer ********************** number should I have any questions. I bought a ****** mile ,bumper to bumper warranty with my srt392 challenger.I had 2 drive shaft replacements,and 2 rear differential replacements done while under the extended ,endurance warranty.
