Very professional and polite. ******* was your sales rep and as a 40 year salesman and trainer I would give her an A plus. She continued to return to me with solid points on why I should keep the warranty plan without being offensive.

My claim was handled at the dealership without any issues. Customer ********************** representative, ******, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable prior to making appointment. Hold time to speak with a "live" agent was excessive, but overall a great experience.
Happy they were able to assist with the huge portion of the repair bill although the ************ dealership charge me an additional repair fee claiming the work will be longer than the insurance offer . but overall I am content
