I had to cancel with them since I was starting to have issues with my new truck and the dealership traded it out with a similar warranty policy, but Endurance was easy to cancel with and I would consider them in the future.

I just started back with endurance I need an oil change today come to find out they don't cover that for the plan I have they tell you all the time that's the best plan for the mileage you have in your car have a 2018 ***** Impala mileage over ******* I hope to not have a bad experience if I need them one day I'm just really upset they did not cover oil changes for the plan I have I thought all extended warranty companies give you a free oil change but I guess I was wrong I gave four stars because I'm fed up that the fact th... read more

I just purchased my Endurance car warranty last week. The sales associates were polite and respectful. They clearly laid-out all the terms, conditions and costs of the warranty plan I wanted. They made sure I understood and answered all my questions.
