I called in for clarify of my extended warranty contract and was enlightened about a maintenance pkg I neglected to use. I am grateful to rep for bringing this to my attention. Was also advised to always have the maintenance shop call to verify what's covered as there are simple maintenance I have been paying for that is covered. Thank you Endurance ??

Agent was friendly and helpful, did all that she should do. However, setting up the roadside assistance was totally ridiculous. I was on the phone for an hour to get a tow. The driver took less time than the phone call
