Excellent service took care of the change needed for payment plan.
Nothing's perfect...nothing, but Endurance seemed to be a good choice for me. The process was easy, the Rep was knowledgeable and service friendly. I do not like seeing any bad reviews when it comes to actually needing to utilize the warranty service, and Endurance is sadly not BBB accredited. Why is that? I pray I'll never require the service bcz I'********************* about maintaining my vehicle...it's an older model. I significantly prefer to have a lesser concern for my vehicle, so I'll always maintain a warranty.
The man who called to pitch your product was the best agent I've ever known, and as an ex- property and casualty agent for a major insurer nation wide, I've heard many spiels! He explained coverage clearly, answered questions patiently, discussed why warranty companies do what they do (ie why there is a 30 day waiting period and why exact mileage was important to have available). The person that I worked with was **************** She was just as helpful a** could be in finding me the best fit to meet both my needs and budget. I feel like I really hit the jackpot with her as my customer ********************** support person. Everything has transpired just as discussed. I have my account login and all details needed for my warranty. Endurance came top-rated to me. This whole experience has been pleasant and leaves me with great peace of mind. I'm definitely a very satisfied customer.

Execellant Service. Thus far I haven't had any problems with getting my vehicle serviced through Endurance.
Endurance does provide the additional coverages that I need, but I never had to use it. I have 10 more payments remaining and I will not renew this contract.
