1st time using their service and it stood up to their commitment. The best warranty service ever. I only have 4 stars because there was poor communication between Endurance and the shop my car was at. Apparently the shop had my name in the wrong place on the invoice. Very helpful in maintaining my vehicle, a very good choice.
