My experience with your representatives was great and very helpful and understanding to me getting extended warranty, respect and knowledgeable.
The gentleman who sold me the extended warranty policy was very professional no pressure just the facts approach with a return clause if I decided against the policy. The next day when I checked that my existing extended warranty was valid for another 5 years or ***** miles the lady who answered was also very professional no pressure and immediately returned my down payment and initiation fee.
